We are competent in design and manufacture to UL/EN/IEC60601-1. Product applications include power supplies for laser equipment, dentistry, endoscopy, nerve stimulation, neonatal ventilation and blood analysers. Our additional China-based manufacturing facility is also approved to ISO13485 for the manufacture of medical devices.

Fire & Security

We have a long standing history of supply to the fire and security industry. Products range from power supplies incorporating battery chargers for standard applications such as access control, to full EN54-4 power supply solutions for fire panels.

Industrial Control & Instrumentation

With expertise in a wide range of industrial power supplies from control products to instrumentation, we can offer solutions from DIN rail modules to more complex weatherproof custom solutions. Typical projects undertaken include offshore remote programming products to industry standard communication protocols including I²C via USB and RS232 interfaces.

Telecoms & Datacoms

Our specialist design and manufacture of power supplies to ETSI specifications for telecommunication networks has expanded our capability into the incorporation of DC-DC technologies for portable telecoms equipment. We are competent in the EMC and immunity requirements of EN55022 / EN55024 for system and host equipment solutions.

Broadcast

We offer solutions for broadcast equipment requiring low levels of output noise and ripple, and a higher degree of EMI screening or PWM synchronisation. Although this industry has typically used linear technology, our designs are tailored to maintain the integrity of transmission and ensure reception frequencies are not impaired by switching harmonics.

Transport

Demanding the highest levels of reliability and safety, we are experienced in the design and manufacture of power supplies to international standards including formerly RIA, EN501555 and EN50121-3-2 for a variety of transport applications including Rail.
